I have every right to be CRANKY, asshole.
Today feels like just about the worst day ever.This week has been just about the worst week ever. I should be relieved that it’s Friday, only I’m not. Here;s why this week sucked:- I spent Saturday - Monday on a trip to NC to visit my dying sister-in-law. She’s had brain cancer for 7 years. She’s always been able to beat it before, but it doesn’t look like she will this time. I’ve never watched someone dying before. It pretty much breaks my heart. Even though I try not to think about it, it’s all I can think about.
- I planned a stupid field trip, 3 other teachers decided they wanted to go with me, and then they screwed up my plans, and now the whole things has to be cancelled anyway because we have to hand out report cards instead, but one of them refuses to cooperate. So I’m basically reminded why I like doing things by myself and in the future I should keep my brilliant field trip ideas to my damn self.
- I spent over $200 on a halloween costume and some Under Armour for cold football games. I feel poor now.
- My mom got laid off yesterday.
